Position Overview The position is part of the enablement organization, with the primary charter of driving system/process changes that make our organization more effective. The position will primarily be tasked with engaging with key stakeholders, cross functionally, to identify and document business challenges. The position will be largely focused on Salesforce.com enhancements/projects that may impact other enterprise applications. For prioritized initiatives, the individual will act as a project lead, ensuring business requirements are thoroughly documented and user stories are created and reviewed with the development team. The individual will partner closely with stakeholder and system development teams through implementation. At time of implementation, the individual will support change management initiatives with impacted stakeholders including communication and the coordination of training/how to materials.
